TRAINING SESSION FORMAT

All sessions will be both challenging and enjoyable and will last an hour.

The sessions are designed for healthy adults:

  •  To improve fitness levels
  •  To increase strength
  •  Extend endurance
  •  Increase flexibility
  •  And linked to a programme that will help you achieve your goals

All activities will be explained and demonstrated to you.

If at anytime you feel you should not be doing the activity, or you feel excessive discomfort or pain, then you must stop immediately and inform your trainer of the facts.

Whether you wish to train in different environments; at home, in the office, outdoors or in the studio we can meet your needs.  We will provide all the equipment needed for each training session.

Each session has four elements:

  •  Warm up
  •  Aerobic
  •  Resistance
  •  Cool down and stretching
