We’ve been Bob’d!

Geri: After 2 years + of no exercise and an additional 3 stone to take everywhere with me, post knee

op it was definitely time to change things. Clothes didn’t fit and confidence was plummeting daily,

12/14 became 18, breathless on exertion was horrible – so we found Bob through Google. 10 weeks

later and size 14 again (and losing) with an ability to climb hills once more without feeling (and

sounding) as if I’m about to collapse, a change of shape – what’s more life and body tone(and

longevity) is looking a lot better! Bob doesn’t bully you, gives sound advice re what your body

needs, and is reliable, funny and a great motivator. You can’t put a price on health, fitness and

feeling good – but if you could Bob is definitely excellent value for money.

Malcolm: Since hanging up the football boots and moving house 3 times in 5 years I had lost all

contact with my usual forms of exercise. Coupled with a lifestyle (job) that is both sedentary and

stressful a way had to be found to lose some pounds and lower the stress levels. Bob has managed

to do both of these through his motivation and positive approach to life. The exercising is fun and

Bob makes it varied both during each session and by changing the routine every few weeks. Weight

down and energy up – despite the calorie control and gram counting that accompanies it – has

helped with more than just the body but also with the mind. We now look forward to each visit by

Bob and the way we feel afterwards. Bob works with you to build your capability to exercise and

sessions are arranged to fit in with your lifestyle and location. His sense of fun suits us perfectly and

the 90 minutes are filled with laughs and giggles as we balance on balls and wood chop our way to

fitness.

If you have never had a personal trainer before or just fancy having a regular exercise session to

improve your health we can highly recommend Bob to provide both. So long as you have a suitable

amount of space to lift weights or perform full crunchies (which in my case requires about 8 feet of

space with both legs and arms fully extended) you can do this at home. Bob has a good sense of

humour and is extremely knowledgeable on how to exercise from High Steps and Chest Fly’s on the

bench to sit-ups and flying supermen (or should that be women) on the exercise balls! So even if

you don’t know how to be a plank or you think only your hair can do curls Bob makes all sessions fun

and rewarding and as such we would recommend him to anyone.
