PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

These are sessions that have been designed specifically to help you meet your aims and objectives (goals) quickly and safely.

 All goals have to be:

  •  S     Specific (what exactly do you want to achieve?)
  •  M    Measurable (can the goal be measured?)
  •  A    Achievable (can it be done?)
  •  R    Realistic (can it really be achieved?)
  •  T    Timely (is the timeframe realistic?)

These are discussed, agreed and set during the first or initial session.  They are reviewed as the programme progresses and then amended as appropriate to suit your development.

Each session is arranged at a time and in a location that is convenient for you.

Your Personal Trainer will encourage, motivate and keep your interest high by introducing new exercises or activities.

You will be able to see results of your efforts quickly as your programme progresses.

Each session is for an hour and you will only pay for the sessions you use.

COSTS:

  •  Initial (includes second session fee)       £30
  •  Single                                                 £25
  •  Pre-book and pay for 5+ sessions           5% discount
  •  Pre-book and  pay for 10+ sessions        10% discount

Pay by Direct Debit and have an additional 3% discount.
