These are discussed, agreed and set during the first or initial session. They are reviewed as the programme progresses and then amended as appropriate to suit your development. Each session is arranged at a time and in a location that is convenient for you. Your Personal Trainer will encourage, motivate and keep your interest high by introducing new exercises or activities. You will be able to see results of your efforts quickly as your programme progresses. Each session is for an hour and you will only pay for the sessions you use. COSTS:
