and help you achieve your goals by agreed dates.
- Design a training
programme that you can follow
yourself with regular and achievable targets.
- Carry out re-assessments of your
programme and make
appropriate changes as you progress. We recommend that the programme is
reviewed every 6 to 8 weeks.

Each session lasts an hour.
Initial
session £30
Your Initial Session payment will include:
- A full lifestyle and health check
- Personal objectives will be identified
- Goals will be set
- A training
programme with full
written details
- A session where the training
programme
will be worked through; what is to be done and how
Review and Update
£25
Your Review Session payment will include:
- Your Personal objectives will be reviewed
- New goals will be set
- The training
programme will be amended to meet your
individual new goals
