GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS

Group training is a great way to get fit.

Training in a group environment has the following benefits:

  •  Individuals with in the group can help motivate and support each other
  •  Different activities can be tried
  •  Reduce the individuals financial cost

A group training programme can be tailored to meet the needs of the whole group and what the goals are:

  •  Running in Charity events
  •  Team building
  •  Stress management
  •  Fun Days

Each session last for an hour and is arranged at a time and in a location that is convenient for the group.

COSTS:

  •  Up to eight people                              £50
  •  Each additional person                         £5
